Top Entertainment Over Break

Good Days - Sza

Sza blessed her fans when she released her single “Good Days” as a surprise on Christmas day. Her first top ten single as a solo artist, and well deserved.

Plastic Hearts - Miley Cyrus

With her seventh studio album, Miley Cyrus gives us arguably her best album yet. The lyrics and songs are honestly self-aware and show a new side of her voice that we haven’t seen before.

Soul - Disney+

Fun for the whole family, this is your typical Pixar film. It has humor and heart and a great message for everyone.

The Mandalorian - Disney+

The season 2 finale of this Star Wars television series premiered over break. Baby Yoda has a new (actual) name now, and we’re still not sure how to feel about it.

drivers license - Olivia Rodrigo

This Disney star turned into a pop sensation almost overnight with her smash hit “Drivers License” which she released early in January. People of every demographic should try blasting it at full volume while singing along at the top of their lungs at least once.

Bridgerton - Netflix

Romance? Yes. Comedy? Even moreso. Drama? You bet. This Netflix series is packed with comical characters and complicated dynamics.

WandaVision - Disney+

Marvel fans assemble! Episodes of this new series stream to Disney+ every Friday, and we are all anxiously awaiting the inevitable showdown to come for some of our favorite heroes.

Promising Young Woman - Theaters

Carey Mulligan shines in this tale of vengeance and righting wrongs that is both eventful and daring. One of the better movies to come out of 2020.
